Welcome to the first Beyond the Table Newsletter! The adventure has officially begun! I got my RV and just took it out on its very first trip to South Carolina. This one was more of a trial run; making sure everything works, figuring out what I still need, and seeing how life on the road with Stella and Coal feels.
Ā
Spoiler alert: they both approved. š¾
Ā
I can already tell this RV will be more than just a vehicle. Itās going to be the home base for a lot of exciting things to come.
Ā
The Worthy Word:
Hebrews 11:1
"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."
Ā
You donāt have to have it all figured out to move toward the life you want.

Table Talk: The Podcast is Coming!
Ā
For those of you who have been patiently waiting, the podcast is finally on the horizon.
Ā
Weāre aiming for an October launch, and I couldnāt be more excited. This will be a motivating, inspiring space where Iāll sit down with guests to talk through real-life challenges and how to overcome themāthings like healing from toxic relationships, finding hope after hardship, and building strength when life feels overwhelming.
I wonāt spoil too much just yet, but trust me it will be worth the wait.

I've been on something special that I'll be sharing very soon. Something designed to help you clear out what's weighing you down and make space for more peace and clarity.
It's called the 31-Day Unclog Challenge, and it's all about creating small daily shirts that add up to big change. Think of it as a reset for your mind, body, and spirit. A chance to let go of what no longer serves you and step into a lighter, freer version of yourself.
This will be launching in the next couple of weeks and I can't wait to tell you more!
Beyond the Table Newsletter - Recipe of the Month: Family Hobo Dinner
Thereās something about cooking over a fire that slows life down and brings everyone together. For years, my kids and I have made these Hobo Dinners on camping trips ā itās one of those traditions that always gets a smile (and an empty plate). The best part? Theyāre simple, customizable, and everyone can make their own just the way they like it.

š„ Joniās Tip: Let everyone build their own packet ā it turns dinner into an activity and guarantees no picky-eater complaints. |
Thanks for being here at the very start of this journye. It means so much to me.
