Joni Leigh
Leading with love isn’t just my motto. It’s how I live, how I lead, and how I show up in this world.
With grit in my gut, grace in my bones, and a heart rooted in faith, I believe in doing life the real way.
Messy. Brave. Fully unclogged.

Yep. Unclogged.

Because when life gets backed up with clutter, whether it is physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual, eventually something has to shift. You have to start clearing out what is no longer serving you so you can make room for the life you were actually created to live.

I know this because I’ve done the work.

And truthfully, I’m still doing it.

My story has plenty of plot twists. I was adopted into a loud, loving family. I’ve walked through heartbreak, divorce, loss, burnout, people pleasing, starting over, and seasons where I looked strong on the outside while quietly wondering if I had anything left to give.

But none of it disqualified me.

It refined me.

Every chapter pulled me closer to my soul purpose and taught me that love is not just something you say. It is something you live. It shows up. It serves. It keeps going. It chooses courage when comfort would be easier.

For many years, I founded and led Angels of Action, a nonprofit serving children and families with dignity, hope, and compassion. That season taught me what it means to lead with love, even when your own tank feels empty. It shaped the coach, the leader, the storyteller, and the encourager I am today.

And now I’m in my boldest chapter yet.

I sold almost everything I owned, packed up my life, and hit the road full time in my RV. What began as a wild leap of faith became one of the deepest healing journeys of my life.

For a beautiful season, my goldendoodle Stella traveled beside me. She was my side-eye queen, my beach buddy, my little joy on four paws, and a living reminder to stay present for the small moments. Losing her changed the journey, but it did not end it. Her love still rides with me in every sunrise, every shoreline, every quiet morning, and every brave step forward.

This journey has never been just about travel.

It is about freedom. Healing. Reinvention. Faith. Courage. And showing others that it is never too late to choose a life that feels aligned and alive.

Out here on the road, I’ve learned something important.

I can do hard things.

And friend, so can you.

From campgrounds to coastlines, small towns to sunsets, I’m collecting stories, building community, and living proof that you do not have to wait for permission to begin again.
Along the way, I created the 31 Day Unclog Your Life Challenge, a simple and powerful daily reset designed to help you clear physical clutter, emotional baggage, mental overwhelm, and spiritual stagnation.

Ten minutes a day. One small step at a time.

Because transformation does not usually happen in one giant leap. It happens in daily choices. It happens when you open the drawer, tell the truth, release what is weighing you down, and make space for what actually matters.

And through it all, my message stays simple.

You Got This.

Through my podcast, Big Talk at the Table, I sit down with dreamers, doers, and everyday warriors who have turned mess into meaning. We go deep. We get real. And we laugh a lot, because healing does not have to feel heavy all the time.

I also created The Hive, a gathering place for people ready to grow, heal, and unclog their lives together. Whether it is fear, perfectionism, old stories, emotional clutter, or that drawer you have avoided for three years, we are letting it go and making room for something better.

This is more than a brand.

It is a movement.

A movement for the woman who is tired of carrying what was never hers to keep.

A movement for the one who knows there is more inside her, even if she cannot fully see it yet.

A movement for anyone ready to stop surviving and start living with purpose, courage, faith, and a whole lot more freedom.

So if you’re feeling stuck…
If you’re craving purpose…
If you’re ready to clear the clutter and come back to yourself…
Pull up a chair.

There’s a seat for you at the table.

And friend, I’m so glad you’re here.
